Revenue and trading volume are the most important information
User need to read these information together in order to make business decision
User will provide customized service for their clients
In order to distinguish different client and provide customized service, user will need to mark their clients.
User expect to earn more profit than other exchange's referral program
For most KOLs, they use referral plans from crypto exchanges to earn profit
User will obtain client through open platform and social media
User need an easy way to invite user and can help their clients sign up for their exchanges.
Sign up to MYXC service in 3 steps: enter name, set up default spread, choose listed pair.
User can see how many revenue they make from each trading pair alone with the total trading volume.
By click into each pair, user can view detail trading volume that generated from buy or sell of each pair.
User can accept or decline join request from others and add memo to this client.
User can give each clients their
customized spread for trading.
User can also ban or delete specific client from trading in their exchanges
Invite new clients to join user's exchange through QR code or invite link
Also invite clients to download app to trade anytime, anywhere.
As the product went online, although MyXchange earn a growth of owner but we also received the feedback from user indicated that some major concerns:
1) It took too much effort for MyXchange owners to onboard their clients.
2) MyXchange owner doesn't earn enough profit for them to maintain their clients on MyXchange to trade.
3) Added extra fee on trading has bad influence on clients for it's too easy for them to compare price to other platform now. This will greatly decrease the will of clients to use MyXchange.
The design team talked to several user also observed from the communities of India KOL.
I organized a workshop for design team to come up with a solution to next version of MyXchange
According to interview result and brainstorming solution proposal. MyXchange has turned into the social driven product. The next version of MyXchange named "Circle" and featured in circle member share trading volume discount. The more volume they accumulated, the more discount Circle member can get.
