I am capable of sorting out the context of a complex user journey and make it easy to understand for anyone and can communicating to stakeholders.
I use a number of software tools to create user journeys, information architecture, data visualization, wireframes and interactive prototypes. I also have the ability to develop basic HTML, CSS.
Designed both B2B user-management platforms and B2C investment platforms that helped users engage in smarter investment strategies. I also designed a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for brokers.
With the experience of working at a blockchain start-up company, I engaged in various design, research, user testing projects. In collaboration with PM, front-end, back-end in an agile team,I developed products efficiently.
During my freelance time, I also worked part-time with several startup team at their pioneering stage.
I helped them conducted market research to find the future product position and also generated early stage product wireframe to realize the idea and helped fund raising. Also dealing with multiple cases like graphic design, logo design, website design and video editing.
Worked with experienced designers, I engaged in project related to password and security. I conducted both UX flow and UI screens for the next version OS, also transformed the design to fit into multiple size of OPPO's phone.
